Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Required skills and experience:
- Prepare marketing plan and activate approved campaigns and activities effectively and efficiently.
- Develop creative marketing strategies to build market share and brand awareness.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences.
- Monitor, evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to ensure the correct and effective mediums and strategies are being used.
- Manage and track allocated Marketing expenses/budget.
- Write and proofread creative copy and ensure all communication material, artwork, and content adheres to the represented brand/manufacturer guidelines and timeline.
- Manage and execute dealerships events, social media pages, and websites.
- Strategize, plan and create creative content for social media posting on a daily basis to engage the online community.
- Organize events and liaise with vendor, event organizer, business partner and many more.
- Liaise with a third parties’ media, printers and publisher as required and manage the production of marketing POSM such as flyers, posters, bunting, A-Board and etc by following brand guidelines.
- Communicate and report to internal stake holders to identify opportunities to further expand business.
- Coordinating internal marketing and organization's culture.
Required skills and experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferably within marketing, event management, digital marketing (added advantage with working experience in automotive industry or dealership).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Additional language is advantage.
- Digital-savvy and proficient with social media platforms and web analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand data and business performance.
- Experience in managing social media and ecommerce platforms as well as content creation is a plus.
- Require to work out of hours on larger projects or to attend events, occasionally.
- A team player, ability to work in a team environment.
- Commitment towards quality work, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized and ability to withstand pressure, positive minded, and able to manage tight timelines.
- Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
